LearningCafe is a community of forward looking Learning professionals interested in frank discussions about current issues and trends in learning, performance and knowledge management; and its application at work. LearningCafe was founded to generate quality discussions and accelerate the adoption of innovation and better practices in L&D.
At the heart of LearningCafe is the passion to build the capability of the Learning profession to meet current and future challenges
LearningCafe went off air from 2019 – 2022 and is now back with some additional objectives
- Provide “practice” and “thought” leadership inputs into national/state policy development for workforce and skills.
- Provide opportunities for mentorships for young L&D professionals.
- More engagement with the academic and student community.
